Owen just finished his homework and went next door to play, and I seriously considered diving into bed for a micronap. The Rx anti-inflammmatory meds are making me crazy drowsy, but I've decided to fight it and at least stay up until bedtime, which knowing me will be around 9:30 pm.
Spent an hour this morning at Power Yoga and felt very unsupple. They say that combining running with other forms of exercise helps your overall fitness and reduces your chance of injury. But who has time for this cross-training? I struggle with the uni-training. I imagine the perfect week would consist of some exercise every day, but I'm not sure I'm capable of that right now. That said, I do always feel great after yoga.
Pissy weather today, so no outside play or lounging in the new outdoor chairs, watching the lettuce grow. Tae Kwon Do will force us to get out for a bit this evening. It might even force us to buy some treats from Unwined, a new local wine and beer shop. Taylor's on his way home after a good day at work: He found out he's getting yet another spot bonus! I figure that means takeout for dinner.
